Executive Summary

Every year, between 150,000 and 198,000 lawsuits are filed for the right to health in Colombia alone. Across Latin America and globally, this number is significantly higher, highlighting a widespread issue where many people’s rights to health are violated, yet they lack access to legal defense. In Colombia, hiring a lawyer for such cases can cost around $200 USD, an amount that is out of reach for most, given that 60% of the population lives on less than $250 USD per month, and 39% on less than $100 USD.

To address this, we, a startup born in Colombia, have developed a solution that offers comprehensive legal services at a fraction of the traditional cost—between $10 and $25 USD depending on the case. This pricing model not only makes legal defense accessible to those who need it most but also allows us to fund the free representation of the most vulnerable individuals.

Our team includes a lawyer with extensive experience, having helped dozens of people navigate the legal system. We are supported by experts in artificial intelligence, digital marketing, and law, all driven by our commitment to social justice. Our approach uses advanced AI to deliver legal solutions tailored specifically to the complex regulations of Colombia, a feature unmatched by both local and regional competitors, who often rely on manual processes and generic templates that do not adapt to the specific needs of each case.

In Colombia, we are the only company with a business model that includes offering mass pro bono services for social causes. Additionally, we prioritize accessibility, providing solutions for individuals with reading, writing, or connectivity challenges—an area often overlooked by other firms.

While our roots are in Colombia, our ambition is global. We are preparing to launch our services across Latin America and English-speaking countries, aiming to offer our innovative and socially impactful solutions to a worldwide audience. With the global legal tech market expected to grow at a CAGR of 28.9% by 2027, our unique approach positions us to be a leader not just in Colombia, but across the globe.

Our mission is to use technology to bridge the gap in access to justice, offering a service that is both economically viable and socially responsible, making legal defense a reality for those who need it most, no matter where they are.
